Andisheh Social -Cultural association call to protect Sanjari (NL)
Mr. Kianoosh Sanjari is a known activist from students’ movement in Iran and resides in Iraq now and has applied in UNHCR office in Iraq for asylum because his opposition opinions have been expressed and came to the notice of the Iranian authorities.
He has a real fear of persecution.

Malgré que Kianoush Sanjari, militant du mouvement étudiant iranien a quitté l'Iran, mais il vie dans des conditions préoccupante et en danger puisqu'en Irak il n'y a pas de sécurité conforme aus standards sconventionnels pour les réfugiés.
Kianoush Sanjari a été arrêté le 8 octobre 2006 par le renseignement généraux iranien et au mois de décembre a été libéré provisoirement avec une caution de 100000 dollars. Après sa libération il a continué de dénoncer le régime et a continué ses activités politiques qui l'a mené de quitter l'Iran.
Il est en ce moment à Arbil - Irak et a demandé auprès du bureau de Nations Unis le statut du réfugié politique qui reste sans réponse.Compte tenue de l'insécurité de l'Irak et surtout l'influence des agents de la République Islamique dans ce pays, met la vie de Kianoush en danger et il vie dans une extrême insécurité.
Nous craignons qu'il soit enlevé ou assasiné par le régieme vue que ces opérations sont courantes chez le régime de la république islamique dans les pays voisins. Les autorités irakiennes lui ont annoncé qu'elles ne prennent pas en charge sa sécurité vue sa situation.Nous de signer la pétition concernant l'acceptation immédiate de statut de réfugié politique et son transfert vers un pays sécurisé.Aussi nous demandons à tous les partis politiques et organisations de droit de l'homme dans le monde d'apporter leur solidarité avec Kianoush et intervenir auprès des autorités de l'ONU pour un transfert rapide de Kianoush Sanjari vers un autre pays.Les signataires de la pétition - 9 mai 2007

Call to Protect the Life of Kianoosh
Call to Protect the Life of Kianoosh Sanjari,Known Activist of the Student Movement in Iran
Kianoosh Sanjari, known student political activist has left Iran to escape persecution and yet he continues to face serious threats to his life. He has left Iran to neighboring Iraq where adequate protection, according the standards provided by the Geneva Convention for refugees does not exist and his safety is in no way guaranteed.
Kianoosh Sanjari was arrested on October 8, 2006 by the Iranian security forces and was released on 27 December on bail of over US$100,000 while awaiting trial. Upon his temporary release from prison, he did not stop his anti-regime exposures but instead continued his political activities ever more courageously.It was in this context that he was forced to leave the country. He has now sought refuge in Arbil, Iraq and has requested political asylum from the United Nations Office in this city who so far has left his request unanswered.
Considering the insecure situation in Iraq and penetration of the agents of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) all over Iraqi soil, any further stay in that country for these student activities is extremely dangerous. It is now feared that he would be kidnapped or murdered by the agents of the regime, as has been the case for many political opponents of the IRI in neighboring countries in recent years. The gravity of the situation is so that he had been openly told that the Iraqi government is unable to guarantee, and thus would not accept the responsibility of providing his safety.
Considering the precarious situation Kianoosh Sanjari is in, and in order to end the threats that he is facing, the Campaign to Protect Sanjari's Life has been launched.
We, the undersigned, request that: The case of Kianoosh Sanjari will be examined promptly, granted as political asylum and transferee to safety immediately.
We, as the signatories of the Campaign to Protect the Life of Kianoosh Sanjari, Famous Activist of the Student Movement in Iran, call upon all personalities, political parties and organizations, all the human right bodies, Iranian or otherwise, to raise their voice in support of Kianoosh Sanjari, sign this call or send separate message, and use any available political or legal means to save him and persuade the High Commissioner of Refugees of the United Nations to transfer him immediately to a safe country.

Oproep om tot actie over te gaan ter bescherming van het leven van Kianoosh Sanjari, gezichtsbepalend lid (1)van de politieke Studentenbeweging (2)in Iran.

Kianoosh Sanjari, gezichtsbepalend lid van de Iraanse Studentenbeweging, heeft Iran verlaten om vervolging vanwege zijn politieke activiteiten te ontvluchten; maar zijn leven wordt nog steeds ernstig bedreigd(3). Hij wist het buurland Irak ternauwernood te bereiken, maar ook in dat land kan zijn veiligheid niet worden gegarandeerd en kan hij niet de bescherming genieten die hij als politiek vluchteling, volgens de normen die vastgesteld zijn in het Vluchtelingenverdrag van Genève.
Kianoosh Sanjari werd op 8 oktober 2006 opgepakt door de agenten van de Iraanse veiligheidsdienst en op 27 december op borgtocht (ten bedrage van $100,000) vrijgelaten om zijn berechting in vrijheid af te wachten(4). Ook na zijn tijdelijke vrijlating staakte hij zijn politieke activiteiten niet maar ging zelfs met nog meer passie en overtuiging door met het voeren van oppositie tegen het Iraanse regime.(5) Het werd echter steeds onveiliger voor hem om in het land te blijven en uiteindelijk was hij gedwongen om het land te verlaten. Nu heeft hij zijn toevlucht gezocht in de Iraakse stad Arbil waar hij politiek asiel heeft aangevraagd bij het lokale kantoor van de Verenigde Naties. Hij heeft vooralsnog geen reactie ontvangen op zijn verzoek.
Gezien de onveilige situatie in Irak en gezien het feit dat de geheime dienst van de Islamitische Republiek van Iran over het hele grondgebied van Irak, en in bijna alle lagen van de bevolking, diep is doorgedrongen kan elke minuut van verblijf van Kianoosh in dat land levensgevaarlijk zijn. Daarom is de angst gerechtvaardigd dat hij ontvoerd of zelfs vermoord zou kunnen worden door de agenten van het Iraanse regime. Dit is immers wat de afgelopen jaren met vele andere politieke tegenstanders van het Iraanse regime is gebeurd nadat zij waren ondergedoken in de buurlanden van Iran. De situatie is des te ernstig nu de Iraakse overheid met onomwonden bewoordingen heeft duidelijk gemaakt dat zij de veiligheid van Kianoosh niet kan garanderen en ook geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid accepteert voor zijn veiligheid. De campagne om het leven van Kianoosh te beschermen is gelanceerd met het oog op de precaire situatie waar Kianoosh zich nu in bevindt, en met de bedoeling een einde te maken aan de bedreigingen waar hij mee wordt geconfronteerd.
Ondergetekenden vragen om het volgende:Een spoedige verlening van politiek asiel aan Kianoosh en zijn onmiddellijke verplaatsing naar een veilig land

Kianoosh Sanjari, gezichtsbepalend lid van de Iraanse Studentenbeweging, heeft Iran verlaten om vervolging vanwege zijn politieke activiteiten te ontvluchten; maar zijn leven wordt nog steeds ernstig bedreigd(3). Hij wist het buurland Irak ternauwernood te bereiken, maar ook in dat land kan zijn veiligheid niet worden gegarandeerd en kan hij niet de bescherming genieten die hij als politiek vluchteling, volgens de normen die vastgesteld zijn in het Vluchtelingenverdrag van Genève.
Kianoosh Sanjari werd op 8 oktober 2006 opgepakt door de agenten van de Iraanse veiligheidsdienst en op 27 december op borgtocht (ten bedrage van $100,000) vrijgelaten om zijn berechting in vrijheid af te wachten(4). Ook na zijn tijdelijke vrijlating staakte hij zijn politieke activiteiten niet maar ging zelfs met nog meer passie en overtuiging door met het voeren van oppositie tegen het Iraanse regime.(5) Het werd echter steeds onveiliger voor hem om in het land te blijven en uiteindelijk was hij gedwongen om het land te verlaten. Nu heeft hij zijn toevlucht gezocht in de Iraakse stad Arbil waar hij politiek asiel heeft aangevraagd bij het lokale kantoor van de Verenigde Naties. Hij heeft vooralsnog geen reactie ontvangen op zijn verzoek.
Gezien de onveilige situatie in Irak en gezien het feit dat de geheime dienst van de Islamitische Republiek van Iran over het hele grondgebied van Irak, en in bijna alle lagen van de bevolking, diep is doorgedrongen kan elke minuut van verblijf van Kianoosh in dat land levensgevaarlijk zijn. Daarom is de angst gerechtvaardigd dat hij ontvoerd of zelfs vermoord zou kunnen worden door de agenten van het Iraanse regime. Dit is immers wat de afgelopen jaren met vele andere politieke tegenstanders van het Iraanse regime is gebeurd nadat zij waren ondergedoken in de buurlanden van Iran. De situatie is des te ernstig nu de Iraakse overheid met onomwonden bewoordingen heeft duidelijk gemaakt dat zij de veiligheid van Kianoosh niet kan garanderen en ook geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid accepteert voor zijn veiligheid. De campagne om het leven van Kianoosh te beschermen is gelanceerd met het oog op de precaire situatie waar Kianoosh zich nu in bevindt, en met de bedoeling een einde te maken aan de bedreigingen waar hij mee wordt geconfronteerd.
Ondergetekenden vragen om het volgende:Een spoedige verlening van politiek asiel aan Kianoosh en zijn onmiddellijke verplaatsing naar een veilig land

[2]Sanjari has been arrested and imprisoned 4 times already. His first arrest was when he was 17 years old. He has been in different prisons including the 59 prison and the 209 prison both controlled by the Revolutionary Court and the Ministry of Intelligence, where he has been tortured. He has also been condemned to one year in prison for the crime of activity in the student movement and being the spokesperson of the united student fron.

گزارشات برخی سازمانهای بین المللی در خصوص کیانوش سنجری
گزارشات سازمان عفو بین الملل، روزنامه ایندپندنت انگلیس و کانون وبلاگ نویسان ایران
کیانوش از رهبران پر سابقه جنبش دانشجویی و از وبلاگ نویسان مشهور ایرانی و از اعضای کانون وبلاگ نویسان ایران است. علاوه بر این او از زندانیان سیاسی سرشناس و سخنگوی انجمن زندانیان سیاسی که با همکاری تعدادی از زندانیان سیاسی و عقیدتی در ایران تشکیل شده است می باشد. کما اینکه در طی سال های اخیر گزارش های بسیاری توسط نهادهای حقوق بشری نظیر سازمان عفو بین ملل در مورد وضعیت او در زندان، فعالیت های سیاسی او و خطراتی که او را تهدید می کند، منتشر شده است سنجری تا کنون حداقل 4 مرتبه دستگیر و زندانی شده است. اولین بار در 17 سالگی دستگیر شد. او در زندان های متفاوت رژیم از جمله زندان 59 و زندان 209 که توسط دادگاه انقلاب و وزارت اطلاعات کنترل می شوند محبوس بوده است و مورد شکنجه و آزار و اذیت قرار گرفته است. وی همچنین توسط شعبه 26 دادگاه انقلاب اسلامی به جرم فعالیت در جنبش دانشجویی و سخنگویی جبهه متحد دانشجویی به یک سال حبس محکوم شده است او پس از دستگیری در تاریخ 8 اکتبر 2006- نهایتا در 27 دسامبر با نهادن وثیقه یکصد هزار دلاری نزد دادگاه ویژه روحانیت به طور موقت آزاد گردید. جرم او اقدام علیه امنیت ملی و تبلیغ بر ضد نظام است . گرچه او هنوز در دادگاه حاضر نشده است تا به طوررسمی محکوم شود ولی دادگاه جرائم او را باور دارد.کیانوش پس از آزادی مشروط خود با قید ضمانت دست از افشاگری بر ضد رژیم و فعالیتهای سیاسی بر نداشت و حقایق زیادی را پیرامون جنایات رژیم و وضعیت غیر انسانی زندان ها در ایران بازگو کرد. فراخوان در جهت حفاظت از جان فعال سرشناس جنبش دانشجویی ایران - کیانوش سنجری
به رغم اینکه کیانوش سنجری فعال سیاسی جنبش دانشجویی از ایران خارج شده است اما همچنان شرایط او نگران کننده است و خطرات زیادی او را تهدید می نماید ، چراکه در کشور عراق حفاظت مکفی که منطبق بر استانداردهای مورد نظر کنوانسیون پناهندگان ژنو باشد برای او وجود ندارد و امنیت جانی او به هیچ وجه تامین نمی شود
کیانوش سنجری در تاریخ هشتم اکتبر سال گذشته توسط نیرو های امنیتی بازداشت گردید و در تاریخ 27 دسامبر با قرار وثیقه صد هزاردلاری به طور موقت و تا زمان برگزاری دادگاه آزاد شداو پس از آزادی موقت خود از زندان نه تنها از افشاگری ها خود بر ضد رژیم دست نکشید، بلکه این بار با جسارت بیشتر به فعالیت های سیاسی خود ادامه داد و در همین رابطه نهایتا ناچار به خروج از کشور گردید
او هم اکنون به شهر اربیل عراق پناه برده و از دفتر سازمان ملل متحد در این شهر در خواست پناهندگی سیاسی نموده ولی متاسفانه تاکنون به این درخواست پاسخی داده نشده است
با توجه به ناامنی کشور عراق و به ویژه نفوذ عوامل رژیم جمهوری اسلامی در سراسر خاک عراق، باقی ماندن وی در این کشور، پی آمدهای خطرناکی برای او به همراه خواهد داشت
در شرایط کنونی به شدت بیم آن می رود که او توسط عوامل رژیم ربوده یا ترورگردد , کما اینکه نمونه های فراوانی از ترور و یا ربودن مخالفان رژیم در کشورهای همسایه در طی سال های اخیر وجود داشته است
ضمن اینکه به خود او نیز به طور آشکارا در عراق اعلام شده است که دولت از تامین امنیت جانی او در عراق عاجز است و هیچگونه تضمینی امنیتی در حفاظت از او نمی توانند ارائه نمایند
از هم اکنون وعطف به شرایط وخیم کیانوش سنجری و در جهت پایان دادن به خطراتی که او را تهدید می کند، کمپین حفاظت از جان سنجری موجودیت خود را اعلام می کند
